A scrappy courtship
Yesterday I wrote about using up scraps so as to have a tidier work area—
some years ago I bought a beautifully pieced quilt top—triangles, with eighth inch seams.
I made a jacket with matching purse, a 12 by 12 auction piece, and lastly three small postcards.
This one was bought by an artist in Guelph Ontario.

Nothing is left of that quilt top. although the final use was not what the maker envisioned—but it is certainly not lining a land-fill somewhere.
