Stuck in Place
Last week’s assignment was to place ourselves in one particular spot–and one not chosen for interesting views or subject matter and take three photos–plus a photo of the spot with our tripod.
I had really thought about getting out the plans for Noah’s ark with all the rain we have had the past few weeks. The ground is saturated and it is still raining off and on. We were supposed to sit or stand for about ten minutes or more–but with the rain I lasted about two. I might melt you see.
Here is the street corner. Behind me is our house, to the opposing corner a white frame former photographer’s home, to the left is the home of an old Beaumonter, and to the right a smaller version of the Mauer architectural marvel nearby house-mansion turned museum.
As you might guess–I like repetition, shapes and lines, and closeups.
Love it! Your flowers are incredible. I wanted close-up of the old houses.
