Quilt found on side of road

This quilt was found in a pile of trash by a local artist who makes wooden flowers and birds for sale at the local Cracker Barrel. There was another one–but it was in shreds. He uses them as props when he goes to various festivals. This was at the McFadden Ward Community picnic last week–he was promoting a butterfly release for an area hospice organization. He did not know the people who tossed this out, it was just something he found. I wish I could have gotten a better photograph but he was busy carving flowers and birds.
